These Terms govern your use of the Battery 1st website. They do not replace the customer contract or terms governing any equipment, installation, energy service or finance product.

2. Website purpose

The website provides information about residential battery storage and related home energy products and services, including associated software and connected features.

Website information is general and does not constitute a personalised guarantee of savings, export income, energy-market revenue or technical performance.

3. Quotations, savings and performance claims

Actual battery performance and financial outcomes depend on factors including property characteristics, household consumption, tariffs, charging and discharge settings, equipment compatibility, weather where relevant, metering, export eligibility, network requirements, connectivity and third-party service availability.

Any savings, revenue, optimisation or export examples must be read in the context in which they are presented. Illustrations are not guaranteed outcomes unless expressly included as a binding term in the relevant customer contract.

Optional optimisation, export or grid-service features may have additional eligibility requirements and separate terms. They are not part of a customer's service merely because they are described on the website.

Where a Battery 1st service depends on a third-party provider, the relevant customer or service terms will explain the applicable arrangements.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update or suspend website content or functionality where reasonably necessary.

9. Liability and consumer rights
